As part of our immigration practice, we primarily assist with E-2 Investment Visa applications, from the planning to the application and renewal phase.
An overlooked visa option, it is truly a start-up visa. Any one with a treaty county passport can apply for this visa, if they have invested a substantial amount of capital into a prospective business looking to make a more than marginal income.
There is no statutory minimum investment. Rather, the Department of State wants to see commitment and likely success.
As part of our services, we provide advice on preparing your business plan, the setting up of your business and bank account, your paper application, and, finally, your consular interview.
